Return policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and unopened, with all original seals fully intact

In original packaging with all tags and protective materials included

Accompanied by proof of purchase — order number or order confirmation email

Return request submitted within 14 days of the delivery date

Opened or used perfume bottles — not eligible for hygiene and safety reasons

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage

Return requests submitted after the 14-day window has passed

How to initiate a return

Contact us — reach out via our contact page within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

Await approval — our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item — pack securely in original packaging and use a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Receive confirmation — once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction — this is outside our control and may take a further 2 to 5 business days.

Exchange policy

We replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent to you. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

A clear description of the issue (wrong item, damaged bottle, missing parts, etc.)

Clear photographs of the item received and the outer packaging

The correct item you were expecting (if a wrong item was sent)

No additional cost — replacement items are dispatched at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or an alternative of equal value.

Items damaged in transit

Important: do not discard the outer packaging if your order arrives damaged — it is required as evidence for the exchange process.

Take clear photographs of both the damaged item and the outer packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the situation promptly at no additional cost to you.

If an item leaks or breaks during transit due to carrier mishandling, we will arrange a full replacement once the issue has been documented and confirmed.

Exchange processing time

Once your exchange request is approved, replacement items are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, subject to stock availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your replacement is on its way.
